Stretch Smarter LLC - Policies

Stretch Smarter LLC - Stretch Therapy ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting you. These Terms of Agreement are signed at your first appointment to make sure we are all understanding of what is expected from our practitioners and each of our clients.

1. PRE-PAID SERVICES

To secure your spot on the table, all stretch sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. We completely understand that life happens and schedules shift. If you need to move your appointment, please give us at least 6 hours' notice. We will gladly credit your prepaid amount toward your new rescheduled appointment.

2. NO CALL/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Because our stretch therapists dedicate this time entirely to your wellness, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice (or missed appointments) will result in the loss of that session and its fee. Thank you so much for respecting our therapists' time and helping us keep our schedule flowing smoothly.

3. ACKNOWLEGDEMENT OF RISKS

You understand that stretch therapy involves assisted physical movement, stretching, and physical contact. You acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including muscle soreness, joint discomfort, temporary aggravation of symptoms, soft tissue injury, or rare complications. You knowingly assume all such risks.

4. HEALTH AND HISTORY DISCOLUSRE

• You confirm that you have accurately disclosed all past and present medical conditions, surgeries, injuries, implants, and physical limitations. You agree to update the practitioner immediately if my health status changes.

• You understand it is your responsibility to communicate pain, dizziness, discomfort, or limits immediately during any session, and you have the right to request a modification or stop the session at any time.

5. CONSENT TO PHYSICAL CONTACT

You acknowledge that these services require professional, hands-on physical contact by the practitioner. You consent to this contact solely for therapeutic and recovery purposes.

6. HSA/FSA PAYMENTS

Stretch Smarter LLC - Stretch Therapy is considered an out of pocket expense. Some FSA and HSA Programs may require more information to approve reimbursement. Stretch Smarter LLC is not responsible for any Non Reimbursement amounts should your FSA/HSA not approve. We will gladly speak to your program to identify why they are not willing to reimburse. Receipts for FSA/HSA can be requested at any time, however they are only processed on the 1st and the 15th of the month with a Summary Note.

7. CREDIT CARD DISPUTES

By booking a session, you agree to this non-refundable policy. Because fraudulent chargebacks deeply hurt small businesses, any disputed charges or chargebacks will be subject to a $50 administrative fee in addition to the original session cost, and any future bookings will be paused. We always prefer to work with you directly to find a solution, so please reach out to us first if you have any questions about a charge.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and forever discharge Stretch Smarter LLC, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or connected to your participation in these services, including claims based on ordinary negligence.
