My name is Sari Medick, and I am so excited to welcome you to Smarter Stretch LLC - Stretch Therapy located at Family Chiropractic and Wellness in Clifton Park, NY.

Why Smarter Stretch? Well to me - it’s simple! First and foremost - Are you stretching? Most people say … No! Those who do Stretch, don’t realize they are not always stretching in specific areas to help them open where the actual tightness is coming from. My goal is to help you realize what needs to be stretched, the best way to stretch it, and how you can succeed on your own in Stretching! See, Smarter Stretch!!

Stretch Therapy came in to my life as I was starting to Lift for the First time - at the age of 45. I was warming up and was working on a series of lifting, but when it came to cool down - I was done and said to myself I was heading home and would stretch while dinner was cooking … Yeah Right! You know you have said the same to yourself!

So I began getting stretched - and man did it change my life. So much so, that less than a year later I began stretching clients and it was an amazing eye opener. After running 3 Franchised Corporate Stretch Locations for 4 years, I am now out on my own.

I am thrilled to be able to provide a more in depth stretch with my multiple stretch certifications, to help my clients to not only move better and feel better, but to achieve long term goals with mobility, flexibility and the tools to succeed on their own.

Just a little bit about me: I have just celebrated my 50th Birthday (July), I am a wife of 29 years and Mother to 2 Amazing Young Men. I have lived in the Capital Region for the past 42 years and been in the Health and Wellness Field for over 30.

I understand the aches and pains of those like me. Just this past year having three surgeries - Jan 25 Lipoma Removal from the neck to relieve pressure from a lipoma, Nov 25 - Hysterectomy and Oophorectomy with a Spinal Fusion from C2 - C7 only 15 days later. However, I am moving and grooving from Stretch, Exercise and working on my health and wellness changes! Let me share my knowledge with you!
